'Weekly Schedule' from Lisa

Here's our schedule for this week:

Monday - 2 mile run --> DONE! We both got gold stars for this one!
Tuesday - Rest or run/walk
Wednesday - 1.5 mile run
Thursday - Rest or run/walk
Friday - 2 mile run
Saturday - Rest
Sunday 40 to 60 minute walk

Clearly I'm excited.
